Please refer to program specific pages to find prices
SLIDING SCALE
I believe cost should not automatically prevent someone from accessing meaningful support.
A limited number of reduced-fee places are available for people experiencing financial difficulty.
Current reduced-fee options may include:
Individuals — from $150 per session
Couples — from $180 per session
Sliding-scale places are limited and offered based on availability and individual circumstances.
If cost is a barrier, you are welcome to ask.
PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE REBATES
Depending on your level of cover, you may be able to claim a rebate for counselling through your private health insurer.
I am recognised by a number of Australian health funds, including selected policies through:
Medibank
Bupa
HCF
AHM
ARHG participating funds
Eligibility and rebate amounts vary between insurers and policies.
I recommend contacting your health fund directly before your first session to confirm whether counselling with a PACFA Clinical Registrant is included in your policy and what rebate you may be entitled to.
NDIS
I work with eligible NDIS participants through a number of capacity-building supports.
Depending on your plan and funding, this may include:
Counselling / Therapy Supports
Counselling can support the development of functional capacity in areas such as:
emotional regulation;
communication;
relationships;
confidence;
daily living;
social participation;
coping and resilience; and
greater independence.
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
For participants with psychosocial disability, I also offer Psychosocial Recovery Coaching.
Recovery Coaching can support you to:
understand and use your NDIS plan;
organise and coordinate supports;
strengthen independence and decision-making;
build routines and practical capacity;
connect with community and mainstream services;
develop resilience; and
work toward meaningful recovery goals.
Availability depends on the supports and funding included in your individual NDIS plan.
NSW VICTIMS SERVICES
I am an approved counsellor with NSW Victims Services.
Eligible people who have experienced violence, abuse or other qualifying crimes may be able to access counselling funded through the NSW Victims Support Scheme.
If you already have an approval or counselling allocation through Victims Services, you are welcome to contact me to discuss availability.
If you are unsure whether you are eligible, you can first contact Victims Services or review the eligibility information provided by the NSW Government.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS — EAP
Some employers provide counselling through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
I work with selected EAP and workplace wellbeing providers.
If your employer has referred you for counselling or coaching, or you have access to an EAP allowance, you are welcome to enquire about whether I can provide services under your arrangement.
In some cases your employer or EAP provider may cover the full cost of a set number of sessions.
GOVERNMENT-FUNDED ADHD SUPPORT
Employment Assistance Fund
If ADHD is affecting your capacity at work, you may be eligible for support through the Australian Government's Employment Assistance Fund (EAF).
The EAF can provide funding for eligible workplace supports, including one-to-one professional support designed to help address disability-related barriers at work.
Depending on your approval, this may allow you to access support focused on areas such as:
executive functioning;
organisation and planning;
time management;
focus and attention;
procrastination;
overwhelm and stress;
communication;
workplace relationships; and
sustainable working habits.
Funding eligibility is determined by JobAccess.
FREE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
If paying for private support is not possible at the moment, there are also free and publicly funded mental-health services available throughout Australia.
These may include crisis support, mental-health helplines, community mental-health services, domestic and family violence support, youth services and other government-funded options.

NOT SURE WHICH OPTION APPLIES?
Funding arrangements can sometimes be confusing.
If you are unsure whether your health fund, NDIS plan, employer, EAP provider or another funding body can contribute toward your sessions, you're welcome to send me an enquiry.
I can help clarify whether my services fit the funding arrangement you have.
