From Knowing The Work

To Embodying The Work

Professional development is not only about learning more models, techniques or interventions.

The deeper work is learning to recognise what is happening in ourselves, our clients and the relationship between us, so that we can respond with greater awareness, flexibility and choice.

This work brings together reflective practice, mindfulness, psychology, somatic awareness and practical professional development to help practitioners deepen both who they are and how they work.

How practitioners get stuck

Over-Responsibility

Carrying too much of the work

Trying to fix, rescue or create the outcome; overworking, weak boundaries, difficulty letting the client own their process, or feeling responsible when change does not happen.

Overthinking

Knowing more, but feeling less clear

Getting caught in formulation, technique, analysis or finding the “right” intervention while losing connection with what is actually happening in the room.

Avoiding Friction

Holding back when something needs to be addressed

Self-doubt, people pleasing, fear of getting it wrong, avoiding challenge, difficulty naming relational dynamics, or staying comfortable rather than working with what needs attention.

What we build instead

Presence

Grounded connection to yourself and the person in front of you

Greater regulation, awareness, attunement and the capacity to remain present with complexity, uncertainty and emotion.

Discernment

Seeing what is happening more clearly

Recognising patterns, assumptions, relational dynamics and blind spots while distinguishing what belongs to you, what belongs to the client and what is emerging between you.

Practice

Responding with greater clarity and choice

More confidence in intervention, communication, challenge, boundaries, ethical decision-making and knowing when to act, wait, enquire, refer or simply stay present.

Choose How You Want To Work

Different practitioners need different levels of reflection, structure and support.

Choose the way of working that best fits your practice, professional development and where you are now.

ONE-OFF $180

Focused Support for What’s Happening Now

Bring a particular client dynamic, professional challenge, decision, boundary issue, ethical question or aspect of your practice you want to understand more clearly.

A focused session to explore what is happening, identify what may be difficult to see from inside the situation and determine the most useful next step.

Best for: a specific issue, decision or immediate challenge.

GROUP SOUP $399

Reflect, Learn & Develop Together

Small-group supervision for coaches, counsellors, therapists and helping professionals wanting a regular space to reflect on their work alongside other practitioners.

Explore cases, relational dynamics, boundaries, professional challenges while learning through both your own work and the experience of the group.

Best for: practitioners wanting regular supervision, shared learning and connection with other professionals.

BESPOKE

Ongoing Support Built Around Your Practice

Flexible one-to-one support shaped around your professional development, current work and the areas of practice that need your attention.

Rather than following a fixed program, we create an arrangement that allows us to work with what is actually emerging.

Best for: practitioners wanting flexible, ongoing one-to-one support without following a structured program.

NOT SURE WHAT YOU NEED?

If you’re not yet sure which level of support is right for you, book a free 30-minute conversation.

We can talk about your practice, what you are looking to develop and whether a one-off conversation, group support or an ongoing arrangement is the best fit.

What Facilitators are Saying

Deepen Understanding

See more clearly what is happening beneath the surface.

Explore the patterns, assumptions, relational dynamics and professional challenges influencing how you work.

Process

Turn towards what is difficult to see when you are inside the work.

Explore emotional responses, uncertainty, blind spots and the parts of yourself activated through working closely with other people.

Practice

Develop the skills and capacities that support more conscious practice through mindfulness, self-inquiry, communication, embodiment, boundaries and intentional action.

Experiment

Take the work back into the room.

Try something differently, notice what happens, reflect on the outcome and continue developing through lived experience rather than theory alone.
