Know My Purpose
Purpose means my reason for being in this moment.
It is an essential quality of conscious masculinity.
It is who I am and why I am here now.
I have no access to my Power without access to my Purpose.
Purpose is not a place in the future; it is right now facing the right direction.

Making the Unconscious Conscious
Often what blocks us from living with purpose are the unspoken, hidden, or even forbidden parts of ourselves—the thoughts, feelings, or desires we push away. When they stay buried, they quietly steer our behaviour, keeping us stuck in cycles of shame or self-sabotage.
The Writing the Illicit Practice
Sit down with pen and paper.
Write freely about what feels illicit—the things you don’t usually allow yourself to admit, the impulses or desires you judge or hide.
Remember: no thought, feeling, or desire can hurt anyone. Only actions can.
Allow these words to surface without censorship.
When you read them back, notice: Do I feel more free? More real? More authentic?
This practice isn’t about acting on those thoughts. It’s about shining light on what’s unconscious, so you can step into deeper alignment with your authentic purpose. (see my full post on this here.)
A Purposeful Moment
Purpose isn’t just a life-long calling, it’s also a moment-to-moment practice. Every breath, every choice, every step can be lived with purpose.
A purposeful moment is when you:
Slow down and come back into your body.
Attune to your breath, your sensations, and your deepest wants.
Choose action not from fear or habit, but from your centre.
Practice:
This guided meditation brings you into the present moment, attunes you to yourself, and directs you into action that is aligned with your centre. Try it before journaling, after work, or anytime you want to reconnect with what truly matters.
Embracing Mortality
Death Bed: If I were to die today, what would I wish I had done. What would I have to do to die satisfied?
Gravestone: What would my gravestone say about me if i died today? I am happy with this? What would I want it to say when Im 85.
